When you deposit digital assets from other platforms or wallets to Biconomy, if the deposit currency does not arrive, it is usually caused by the following circumstances:
Normal deposit, but the block confirmation was delayed and did not arrive in time:
If your deposit information is confirmed but the assets have not yet arrived, the record of the deposit can be queried on the block. However, because the block is waiting for confirmation when the block is fully confirmed, the block will be synchronized to the platform wallet. There will also be a certain delay, so please wait patiently.
Deposits in different currencies will fail to arrive:
Before recharging, please confirm that the deposit currency is consistent with the platform currency. If the full name of the currency is inconsistent, the account will not be credited. If you encounter this situation, please contact the customer service staff in time, and the staff will assist you with the return process.
Incorrect address and network resulting in inability to receive the account:
Before you submit a deposit request, make sure that you've selected the network supported by the corresponding platform. Otherwise, it could lead to deposit failure.
For example, you would like to deposit ETH to a BTC address that is not compatible. This can lead to deposit failure. In such a case, you can contact our customer support for assistance.
Filling in the wrong label resulted in the inability to receive the account:
The deposit of some currencies requires filling in a tag. You need to correctly fill in the label of the currency on the other party's platform. If the label is filled in incorrectly and the account cannot be received normally, please contact customer service staff in time to explain your details, including your deposit currency, quantity, correct label and If you write the wrong label or hash value, an engineer will follow up and handle it for you.
Deposit to smart contract addresses:
Before you submit a deposit request, make sure that you've selected the deposit contract address supported by the corresponding platform. Otherwise, it could lead to deposit failure.
Block reward deposit resulted in failure to arrive:
For example: Mining income can only be deposited to the wallet address. Only when the assets arrive in the wallet can they be deposited to the Biconomy fund account for transactions. Biconomy does not support blockchain reward deposits.
Packaged deposit, causing the account to fail to arrive:
When you want to make a deposit, make sure to only submit one deposit request at a time. If you submit multiple requests within a single deposit transaction, you will not receive your deposit. In this case, you can contact our customer support for assistance.
The minimum deposit amount has not been reached, resulting in the inability to receive the account:
The platform deposit page indicates the minimum deposit amount. If the amount you recharge does not reach the minimum deposit unit of the currency, Otherwise, the deposit may fail.
