- Restart your mobile device to refresh its connection.
- If the issue persists, please reach out to our online support team for further assistance.
When requesting support, please ensure you provide the following information:- Your Biconomy account details.
- A clear description of the issue you are experiencing with receiving the SMS verification code.
- Your phone number and the name of your mobile carrier.
Biconomy's customer support agents will work to identify the reasons behind the non-delivery of the SMS verification code to your phone number and will offer appropriate solutions.
