To ensure the security of your account, unbinding your phone number requires identity verification. If you need to change or remove your linked phone number, please follow the steps below carefully to avoid any disruption to your account access.
Steps to Unbind Your Phone Number
Step 1: Log into Your Biconomy Account
🔹 Open the Biconomy App or visit https://www.biconomy.com/en
🔹 Enter your account credentials (Email/UID + Password)
🔹 Go to Personal Center → Security Center
Step 2: Submit an Unbinding Request
🔹 Locate the Bound Phone Number option
🔹 Click “Change/Unbind”
🔹 Choose a verification method:
If you can receive SMS verification codes, enter the code and proceed
Step 3: Complete Identity Verification ( If you cannot receive verification codes, Please request manual verification)
If you cannot receive the verification code, you need to complete identity verification:
✅ Ensure your KYC verification is completed
✅ Please provide a clear video showing your face, KYC ID card, and a paper with “Biconomy Unbind Phone Number + Your Biconomy UID + Today’s Date” to verify identity and ensure asset security.
✅ Submit a support ticket through Biconomy Customer Support
Step 4: Wait for Approval
Our verification team will process your request within 1-3 business days
Once approved, you will receive a system notification, and you can then bind a new phone number
Important Notes:
Identity verification is mandatory for unbinding your phone number to ensure account security
If your KYC details do not match, your request will be denied
After unbinding, please bind a new phone number as soon as possible to secure your account
For users in restricted regions (such as India, where SMS reception may be unreliable), we recommend using email verification instead after unbinding
